C&F operates its programs from three separate office locations and sixteen residential sites across Aquidneck Island in Rhode Island.

This is the main administrative building for the Agency and the location of one of C&F two Child Care Centers.
Directions to C&F 24 School Street offices and Child Care Center in Newport
From Western Massachusetts and Northern New England:
Take the Mass. Pike to Exit 10. Take Route 146. Stay on Route 146 to
Providence where it joins Route 95. Get immediately into the left hand
lane so as to pick up Route 195, Newport-Fall River. On the far side of
Fall River pick up Route 24 South. Stay on Route 24 to Aquidneck Island.
Take Route 138 exit, the Portsmouth campus of Roger Williams University
will be on the right hand side. At the end of the ramp take a left.
Follow signs to Newport. See "In Newport" below.
From Boston:
Take Route 128 to Route 24 South to Route 138. Follow signs to Newport. (Approximately one hour and a half travel time) See "In Newport" below.
From New York and Points South:
From Route 95 North to Exit 3A (Route 138 East). Follow Route 138 East to the end and take a left on to Route 1. From Route 1 take the exit for the Jamestown and Pell Bridges (heading towards Newport). Cross both bridges and see "in Newport" below.
In Newport:
1. Coming over the Newport Bridge - take the Downtown/Scenic Route exit. At the end of the ramp make a right onto Connell Highway. Go through two (2) sets of traffic lights. At the second light, bear left and proceed to a stop sign. Make a right onto Thames Street (you will pass Bucci's Package Store on your right) and proceed to a set of traffic lights. Bear left onto Touro Street after the lights and proceed up the hill passing Banana Republic and two (2) movie theaters. Continue going up the hill through another set of traffic lights (The Courthouse will be on your left) and take the third right onto High Street. At the stop sign continue going straight and start looking for parking. The back of Child & Family building will be on your right. Come around to the front door at 24 School Street.
2. Coming from Boston and points north and east, take Route 138A off Route 138 - it will be a left blinker just beyond the traffic light. At the second light, take a left. Go by First Beach and up Memorial Boulevard. Continue on in the right hand lane until you arrive at the major intersection connecting Bellevue Avenue and Memorial Boulevard. Take a right onto Bellevue Avenue until you come to another intersection (The Viking Hotel will be on your left). Stay on that road, which bears left and turns into Touro Street. Take your first left (just past the fire station) onto High Street. At the stop sign, start looking for parking. The back of Child & Family building will be on your right. Come around to the front door at School Street.

This is the office location for the Agency's Family Counseling and Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment programs. The building also houses one of C&F two Child Care Centers, the School Based Services and Volunteer programs.
Directions to C&F 19 Valley Road offices and Child Care Center in Middletown
From Boston and Northern New England: Take Route 128 South to Route 24 South in Fall River and get on to Route 195 West for one exit and then back on to Route 24 South (Take Exit 8B). Stay on 24 South to Route 138 (Take the "Newport Beaches" exit). Bear right off of the exit ramp and follow to a traffic light (you will see Clements' Market) at the intersection) and bear right on to Route 138 (East Main Road). Continue on Route 138 through the Town of Portsmouth and into the Town of Middletown (approximately 6 miles) to the intersection of Route 138 and Valley Road. This intersection is located at a set of traffic lights. You will see a Wendy's Restaurant on the left and a small shopping plaza on the right. At the light, take a right on to Valley Road. Child & Family Services is approximately 1/8 of a mile on the left. We share a driveway with Napa Auto Parts.
From New York and Points South: From Route 95 North to Exit 3A (Route 138 East). Follow Route 138 East to the end and take a left on to Route 1. From Route 1 take the exit for the Jamestown and Pell Bridges (heading towards Newport). Cross both bridges and take the last exit off the Pell Bridge and head down toward Newport Grand Jai Alai. At the traffic light take a left on to Admiral Kalbfus Road. Continue up the hill through another set of lights. At the next set of lights take a left on to Route 114 (West Main Road). Just before the next set of lights bear to the right on to Route 138 (you will pass Kinko's Copies and Brooks Drugs). Continue down the hill past two shopping plazas to the second set of lights. At his intersection turn left on to Valley Road. Child & Family Services is approximately 1/8 mile on the left. We share a driveway with Napa Auto Parts.
